It does this using hydraulic engine mounts that block noise and vibrations and a sound-absorbing dash mat to prevent noise from getting into the vehicle.

Active noise cancellation also helps keep the engine’s sound out of the cabin. Microphones and computers analyze the level and type of noise heard inside the vehicle.
